Baikal Services® slogan – The Pearl of Service ® came from the lake’s Baikal nickname – “The Pearl of Siberia.”
The name Baikal Services ® came from our love and absolute delight towards Lake Baikal. Our company’s slogan, The Pearl of Service ®, came from the lake’s Baikal nickname – “The Pearl of Siberia,” representing the standards of quality we aim to provide. Baikal Services ® is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing and heating company you can trust.
The Pearl of Service ® – Baikal Services ® is a family-owned local plumbing and heating company. We have over 20 years of experience serving Snohomish and King Counties, WA.

Meet the Owners Managing
The Pearl of Service
Chris Kukulka – COO and Certified Plumber
Chris was born in New York and moved to Washington in 1979. After serving in the army, he found his passion for plumbing and heating services. Chris believes “if people enjoy what they do for a living, they never have to work another day.” In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Marta and their three kids. His hobbies include helping friends, fishing, camping, biking, walking, watching movies, and traveling.
Marta Kukolka – Founder and General Manager
Marta was born in Ukraine and moved to the US in 1998. She and Chris married in 2005 and have three children. Marta believes strongly in education and homeschooling their kids. She enjoys spending time with family, making handmade crafts, cooking homemade meals, reading, and traveling. Marta has always enjoyed office and computer work along with interacting with customers.

The same dedication, discipline, and work ethic instilled through military service drive everything we do, from emergency calls at midnight to routine maintenance.
