I had an excellent experience with Baikal Services and highly recommend them. I needed to have my pressure release valve replaced, and Chris responded quickly and professionally. He was able to come out the very next day, which I really appreciated.
From the beginning, Chris had great communication — clear, timely, and easy to understand. He was genuine, friendly, and very personable, which made the whole process stress-free. It’s clear that he really cares about his work and his customers.
The quote he gave me was very reasonable compared to others I had received, and there were no surprise fees or upselling — just honest, straightforward service.
I’ll definitely be using Chris and Baikal Services for all my future plumbing needs. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable and trustworthy!
Response from the owner
Thank you, Jessica.

We have utilized Baikal Services on several occasions at a former and now current home. Chris is an easy going, well-mannered, low key and highly competent and conscientious professional who is our go-to plumber whenever there is a plumbing problem. From the first time we met him we had the utmost confidence in his abilities as he carefully explained the work that needed to be done. We wholeheartedly recommend his services without any hesitation.

We have just purchased a home in Lake Stevens. We had an issue with water pressure presented during the inspection. Our realtor recommended Chris. Although he was otherwise busy, some unexpected circumstances led to several questions on our side back and forth. Throughout he was very helpful in texting back and forth the information we needed, as well as adding other things we wouldn't have thought of. Subsequently we had him in to fix and unrelated minor issue and he took care of it right away. Would absolutely call him in for any future plumbing needs.
Response from the owner
Thank you, Scott.
